Privacy & Safety
We will never sell your information and the only time we collect it is for your sale and if you wish to opt-in for our announcement email. Mountain HATES the practice of monetizing sales information and we won't do it. Your privacy is of utmost importance. You may be asked by Mountain for feedback and reviews but never anyone else.
All sales are run through pay-pal, etsy, or square and your payment information is never stored within our systems unless you specifically set up a wallet in the ecommerce system.
Wholesale & Partnership Inquiries
We welcome all conversations of partnerships and wholesale. We can discuss the opportunities and prices, etc as makes sense. Contact is on the contact us page.
We are set up to take payments on etsy sales through etsy. And we have square for credit / debit cards, and PayPal.
Terms of Sale
All sales are final once the order is in process. If you contact us and the manufacture of your order has not started you may request a refund. Email us as soon as possible and we will inform you if the order has been started or if we can refund.
Orders will be made as soon as possible, with the average time being a couple of days. Shipping carriers will then deliver on their timelines.
If for some reason we cannot deliver your order we will contact you and refund your entire payment. If the order will take a long time you will be contacted and you can get a full refund if you do not wish to wait (an example of delay could be a problem with a supplier delivering the silicone or pigment we stock, but we do try to have all of that on hand).
For any overseas shipment you are responsible for any customs fees incurred.
